BAA BARS / THE BIZZ / THE WORKS STATION ROAD EAST (NR CANTERBURY EAST STATION)
BaaBar's is on the ground floor and is open 7 days a week. In here, they play chart music. On this level there is a large dance floor and plenty of seating areas including tables and chairs, stalls at the bar and comfortable leather sofas. In the middle of the room there is a massive plasma screen TV showing cricket, football and rugby.
The Works is located on the second floor and the music in here is R&B. This floor is only open on Friday and Saturday nights and has a smaller dancefloor.
The Bizz is more of a mainstream club that plays the latest dance music and is only open on Saturday nights.
One admission entitles the customer to all three floors.

GIRLS & BOYS, STUDIO 41 Nightclub, 41 st. georges place
Kent's biggest and best gay night - every Saturday night at Studio 41. Half price entry with valid NUS card or any student I.D.
Just carry on past the odeon cinema, and the club is opposite ALDI.
Home of foam parties, cowboy nights, and the funkiest website we've seen in a long time...
ALBERRYS 38 St. Margarets St
This is either the most intimate club in town or simply just the smallest. We'll let you decide, but with different dance music nights (drum'n'bass, breakbeat, house, garage and indie) every night except Sunday, you won't have to wait until the weekend to start throwing some shapes.
And half of it is underground.

CHILL St Georges Place New Dover Road
A brand new state of the art night club with a "cutting edge design and the very latest technology", featuring a smoking terrace and private VIP booths.
Student night on Thursdays.
They've even got Stuart from Big Brother 9 on Sept 29th!!

FRESH, 69 Northgate
You might have to look hard for this place - the exterior is nothing but plain white and even the name above the door isn't that clear.
While it looks like an empty unrented shop from the outside, on the interior it's something else - lush lighting, plush seats and they even offer a VIP room with your own personal waitress!
Open Mon - Thurs 5pm to midnight
Fri & Sat 5pm to 2am
Sun 5pm to 10.30pm
Fridays feature the best in funky house courtesy of the Soulful Sessions DJs
Saturday sees DJs playing a range of funk, house classics and electro beat.

THE FOUNDRY, Whitehorse Lane
Features regular live music plus DJs at the weekend - an eclectic bunch of DJs and nights with everything from funk & soul nights, alternative nights right through to the latest in electro & breaks.
Open until 2am Mon-Thur and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays (doors close at 11pm though, so arrive early!)
[RE-FRIED] @ THE FARMHOUSE, 11 Dover Street
Until recently, [re-fried] was held on the first Saturday of every month at Orange Street Music Club, but after noise complaints from about four people, it has now moved home to The Farmhouse.
[re-fried] offers beats, breaks, funk, soul, jazz hip hop and more, from 9pm to 2am, and entry is now free!

Unfortunately issues with decibels and a few local residents have meant that we have had no other option than to call it a day. So we send big love to all the boys and girls at Orange Street, Adam, Stefan, Sam, Steve, Holly, Dave, Rob, Claire and Devlin, Ed and anyone else we’ve forgot, and hope that they can continue to provide a much needed venue. We can only live in hope that Rupert Bear will one day escape from his museum and simultaneously ear bum the residents with his special crocheted teddy penis, to once again allow the city to be a city."

CT2T is a new clubnight from 2tONe Promotions.
